Brendan Bowie has specialised in property marketing, sales and leasing for more than 20 years, assisting clients to secure their dream homes in Perth, Sydney and Amsterdam. Currently working with Matthew Jones and the team at Century 21 Jones Property Group, Brendan’s strategic and innovative property marketing approach, coupled with a strong network of active industry contacts, consistently yields quality outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining the Century 21 team, Brendan specialised in sales, strategic property management and short-term accommodation. He achieved outstanding success in managing and leasing both residential and executive properties, across the Real Estate, Hospitality & Tourism and Online Travel & Accommodation industries.
As a Managing Partner at Furnished Properties Pty Ltd, Brendan built an expansive corporate client base, as well as managing property and business marketing strategy to cement Furnished Properties’ position as Sydney’s market leader in executive furnished rentals.
Previously, Brendan was based internationally, working as a Managing Partner at Amsterdam Escape, which was Amsterdam’s first online apartment and accommodation booking website. Through the development and execution of high impact sales strategies, Brendan was instrumental in developing the World Escape brand, whilst maintaining 90% year-round tenancy across the company’s property portfolio.
